Tryg og professionel rådgivning ved køb og salg af lystbåde

– i Danmark og resten af verden.

At købe eller sælge en lystbåd er for de fleste en stor beslutning – både økonomisk og følelsesmæssigt. Reglerne er mange, dokumentationen kan være vanskelig at gennemskue, og konsekvenserne kan blive alvorlige, hvis noget overses.
Hos Dansk Yacht Import er mit mål at gøre bådhandlen tryg, overskuelig og korrekt.

Jeg har mere end 40 års erfaring som sejler og har siden begyndelsen af 1990’erne arbejdet professionelt med køb og salg af både i Danmark og udlandet. Den erfaring bruger jeg til at hjælpe både købere og sælgere sikkert gennem hele processen – fra de første overvejelser til handlen er afsluttet, og også hvis der opstår spørgsmål bagefter.


Uafhængig rådgivning – i dit tempo

Hos Dansk Yacht Import får du rådgivning, ikke salgstaler.
Jeg repræsenterer ikke kun den ene part, men arbejder for, at både køber og sælger har et klart og korrekt grundlag at træffe beslutninger ud fra.

Det betyder, at:

  • du får ærlig og realistisk rådgivning

  • der er tid til at gennemgå dokumenter og aftaler

  • ingen spørgsmål er for små

  • der ikke bliver taget let på regler og krav

Mit mål er ikke bare at få handlen gennemført – men at sikre, at den bliver rigtig.


En korrekt bådhandel kræver mere end en underskrift

I dag stilles der langt større krav til dokumentation end tidligere. Mange både handles uden, at alle forhold er undersøgt tilstrækkeligt, og det kan føre til problemer senere – eksempelvis ved registrering, forsikring, belåning eller videresalg.

Jeg hjælper med at sikre, at:

  • ejerskabet er klart og dokumenteret

  • nødvendige dokumenter foreligger

  • købsaftalen er forståelig og dækkende

  • prøvesejlads og overtagelse sker korrekt

  • der er klarhed over eventuel gæld eller pant

På den måde undgår du ubehagelige overraskelser – både som køber og som sælger.


Køb af båd i udlandet – ekstra opmærksomhed kræves

Mange bådejere finder deres drømmebåd i udlandet. Det kan være en god mulighed, men kræver ekstra omhu.
Her er der ofte forskel på:

  • dokumentation og registrering

  • håndtering af restgæld

  • momsforhold

  • CE-mærkning

Jeg har hjulpet mange danske købere med udenlandske handler og ved, hvor faldgruberne typisk opstår. Min opgave er at sikre, at alle væsentlige forhold er afklaret, før du binder dig til købet.


CE-mærkning – et område med mange misforståelser

CE-mærkning er et krav for de fleste lystbåde, der er importeret til EU. Alligevel er det et område, hvor der hersker stor usikkerhed – også blandt erfarne bådejere.

Manglende eller forkert CE-mærkning kan betyde:

  • at båden ikke lovligt må bruges

  • at den ikke kan sælges videre

  • at der opstår problemer med forsikring

Jeg hjælper med at vurdere, om en båd er korrekt CE-mærket, og rådgiver om muligheder og konsekvenser, hvis den ikke er.


Moms og dokumentation – skab overblik og ro

Spørgsmålet om moms skaber ofte tvivl. Mange både er handlet for år tilbage, hvor dokumentation ikke blev tillagt samme betydning som i dag. Det betyder ikke nødvendigvis, at der er et problem – men det bør vurderes korrekt.

Jeg hjælper med at:

  • gennemgå den foreliggende dokumentation

  • vurdere den konkrete risiko

  • forklare reglerne i et forståeligt sprog

Formålet er ikke at skabe unødig bekymring, men at give dig ro i maven og et klart overblik.


Registrering og flag – hvad skal du vælge?

Valg af registrering kan have betydning for både belåning, dokumentation og fremtidigt salg.
Jeg rådgiver om:

  • dansk registrering

  • udenlandsk registrering (fx Holland eller Polen)

  • fordele og ulemper ved de forskellige løsninger

Du får et grundlag, så du kan træffe det valg, der passer bedst til dit behov.


Rådgivning – også efter handlen

Min rådgivning stopper ikke nødvendigvis, når handlen er afsluttet.
Ønsker du det, tilbyder jeg også personlig introduktion til bådens håndtering. Mange nye bådejere er usikre i havnen – men med den rette teknik og lidt øvelse kan det hurtigt blive trygt og overskueligt.
