MAIN SALOON
Located amidship and aft on the main deck, the main saloon incorporates a dining area and is arranged with a custom coffee table surrounded by a white leather upholstered L-shaped lounge area
On the starboard side of the saloon is a fully equipped stand behind bar with a granite work surface and burl wood bar top
Built into the saloon and dining areas are cherry wood and burl cabinetry, a 42″ SAT plasma television with surround sound is on a lift built into custom cabinetry
Fine china for twelve can be stored in custom cabinetry forward of the dining table
Double sliding stainless steel doors are fitted to the aft bulkhead opening to the expansive aft deck
Saloon and dining furnishings include: intricately designed headliner finished with Alcatara suede panels with a perimeter trimmed in gloss cherry and burl, accent lighting in the overhead and under the built-in cabinetry, LED lighting on dimmers, digitally-controlled air conditioning and stainless steel framed windows.

When entering the main saloon to starboard, there is a stand behind full bar with a wine cooler and refrigerator and ample storage

Forward of the main saloon, the dining area features a large oval gloss finished wood table with NEW upholstered leather seating for eight, with cabinets providing storage
The electric controlled shades and carpet carry on from the main saloon into the dining area

MASTER STATEROOM

MASTER STATEROOM HEAD
The master head is located to the port side and features a large marble-lined shower, sink, marble countertops and flooring, large mirror, medicine cabinet, water closet in a private compartment, exhaust fan, air conditioning, window coverings and a complete set of accessories

VIP STATEROOM
Located below deck and aft, this stateroom is full beam, creating a spacious suite that serves as a second master
The stateroom is arranged with a queen berth with a custom leather headboard that is electronically adjustable and two nightstands
There is a built-in vanity with custom cabinetry
To starboard is a leather-upholstered lounge
The large walk-in wardrobe is located aft of the stateroom to port and is outfitted with Lucite-faced drawers, glass cherry cabinetry and wall paneling
In addition, the VIP stateroom is furnished with a surround sound television/audio system with a 20″ plasma monitor, SAT-TV and Blue-Tooth, automatic lifting mattress, digitally-controlled air conditioning, leather upholstered headboard, overhead intricately designed and finished with Alcatara suede and trimmed in gloss cherry and burl, four stainless steel framed opening port lights, accent lighting in the overhead and under the furniture

VIP STATEROOM HEAD
The VIP head is arranged with a private compartment for the water closet and a large -oversized shower

GUEST STATEROOMS
The twin guest staterooms are the mirror image of one another with two twin berths with storage below and a Pullman berth

The hydraulic dive platform transom and hydraulic swim steps make it an incredible island hopping yacht

Her garage was customized to be functional and to be able to use her for entertainment

The insulation of the engine room has massive layer panels and soundproofing LLA panels outside finishing, separating bulkheads for cabins in sandwich 40mm

Located forward of the crew lounge, the crew cabin is fitted with two twin berths, digitally-controlled air conditioning and a private head

CREW LOUNGE
Located forward of the VIP and guest staterooms, the crew lounge faces the Captain’s cabin and is fully equipped with a dinette table and seating, furniture, overhead lockers, storage, VHF, and 14″ television
There are two Miele washers and dryers, two-burner stove, refrigerator and microwave oven
The floors are wood and have fitted carpeting

CONSTRUCTION
Hull classified by RINA
Construction materials are as follows: Aramat monolit for the hull, Aramat sandwich for hull side and main deck (vacuum system lamination), Aramat sandwich for superstructure and flybridge (vacuum system lamination), marine plywood for dunnages, marine plywood for bulkheads of the cabins, heads and doors with first quality wood covering, 30mm Aramat sandwich for the three water tight bulkheads, marine plywood for furniture with first quality wood covering, plastic laminated for shower, marble for washbasin countertops in the heads and for work counter in the galley, marble floors in the heads, stainless steel and tempered glass for the portholes, stainless steel and painted aluminum for the side doors, stainless steel sliding door to the flybridge, tempered glass for the windows and stainless steel for the window frames, stainless steel frames and tempered glass for the saloon door, stainless steel and plexiglass for the flybridge windscreen

KØB AF BÅD FRA IND OG UDLAND
Med min sejlererfaring gennem hele livet, mit juridiske kendskab samt erfaring med bådsalg i over 30 år i ind og udland, vil jeg gerne tilfredsstille både køber og sælger.
Jeg er ikke bare sælgers mand, jeg er købers og sælgers mand, også efter en afsluttet bådhandel, hvis et problem skulle opstå.
Jeg bestræber mig ikke kun på at sælge jer en båd, men også sikre mig, at i vælger den rigtige.
Køb af båd
Ved køb af båd gennem Dansk Yacht Import vil jeg på bedst mulige måde sikre jer, at i får en sikker handel, at de korrekte dokumenter er tilstede, at prøvesejlads er forløbet korrekt, og overtagelsen sker på de aftalte vilkår ifølge købsaftalen.
Der er i dag større og større krav til korrekt dokumentation på både. Flere regler gør sig gældende som mange mennesker ikke er klar over, og man kan derfor komme ganske galt afsted ved ikke at have den korrekte dokumentation når man handler båd.
Eksempelvis ser jeg flere og flere tilfælde, hvor køber, sælger og sågar andre mæglere ikke er klar over, hvad der skal følge med af dokumentation når man handler båd.
CE Mærkning
En af tingene er CE mærkningen. Alle både, der er kommet ind i EU efter 6 måned 1998 skal være CE godkendt, og alle både der er kommet ind i EU efter 6 måned 2006 også skal have CE dokumentation på motorerne. Dette betyder igen efter min erfaring, at både uden CE godkendelse taget ind i EU efter 2006, kun kan CE godkendes, hvis der bliver monteret nye motorer i båden.
EU Lovgivningen siger, at det er ulovligt samt strafbart at bruge, annoncere eller sælge en lystbåd med manglende CE godkendelse, men igen er det ikke helt klart hvordan denne lovgivning skal tolkes.
Jeg har kørt en sag, som har resulteret i en skrivelse fra Sikkerhedsstyrelsen og Søfartsstyrelsen, hvor de konkluderer, at CE mærkningen kun hviler på den person eller virksomhed, som har importeret båden.

Ovenstående afstedkommer jo en del forvirring, og gør i øvrigt også Søfartsstyrelses egen hjemmesides beskrivelse af CE mærkning noget forvirrende for mig.
Så har du en båd der mangler CE godkendelse, eller har brug for hjælp til at få afklaret CE spørgsmålet ved en handel fra udlandet, har jeg erfaring omkring dette og går gerne ind i en sag som rådgiver.
Af registrering
En anden vigtig ting ved en handel med både fra udlandet er af registrering fra det pågældende land.
Hvis båden er over 15 meter eller over 20BT kan den registreres i det Danske skibsregister. Det er nødvendigt hvis der skal optages lån i båden. Måske skal i ikke have optaget lån, men det bliver måske nødvendigt den dag i skal sælge båden, da den nye køber kan have brug for det. Og er båden ikke afregistreret korrekt, kan det ikke lade sig gøre at belåne båden, da panthaver ikke kan få lyst sit pant.
For at få båden registreret kræves der mange dokumenter med mindre båden kommer direkte fra et andet lands register hvor den skal være afmeldt korrekt. De forskellige lande har forskellige dokumenter, og det kan derfor være vanskeligt at vide hvilke dokumenter der er korrekte, hvis man ikke har erfarenhed i dette.
Hvis båden er under 15 meter og under 20BT kan den ikke registreres i det Danske Skibsregister, men derimod i Personbogen. Problemet med Personbogen er bare, at de ikke samarbejder med udenlandske registre, og derfor er der ingen sikkerhed for restgæld hvis båden kommer fra udlandet. Det betyder, at selvom båden bliver registreret i Personbogen, kan der stadig være gæld i båden fra det land hvor den er købt. Derfor er det ekstra vigtigt, at der undersøges grundigt i det pågældende land hvor båden kommer fra, og at al gæld er slettet inden man handler båden.
Bemærk, at en gæld i et lystfartøj følger lystfartøjet, så er der købt et lystfartøj med gæld, kommer du som køber til at hæfte for dette. Så kan køber jo bagefter gøre sit krav gældende over for sælger, men dette kan jo blive vaskeligt at gennemføre over for en udenlands sælger, eller hvis denne ikke ejer noget af værdi.
Moms af Lystfartøj
Mange spørger om der er betalt moms af båden. Dette er virkelig noget der er kommet frem på de sociale medier fra personer der ikke har egentligt kendskab til det.
Det er sådan, at før i tiden var det ikke interessant at spørge ind til moms hvis båden var privatejet. Nogle gange blev det påført en købsaftale, og andre gange ikke. Man gik ud fra, at når en båd var i et EU land som privat ejet, så var der også betalt moms, og derfor er der mange bådejere, der ikke har dokumentation på dette.
Den egentlige lovgivning siger, at bevis for betalt moms er enten den originale købsaftale fra forhandler til første ejer, eller en dissideret kvittering for indbetalt moms i et EU land.
I Danmark siger den Danske Told og Skat til mig, at hvis båden har været en vis årrække i Danmark, formoder de at der er betalt moms. Denne holdning har de og er nødt til at have, da der er masser af både med betalt moms, som ikke kan bevise det. Eksempelvis kan en båd være solgt af et selskab, hvor selskabet ved et videresalg har indbetalt momsen, og derfor figurerer der ikke en moms kvittering, da beviset for indbetaling af moms ligger i selskabets interne regnskab.
Og så kan en bådforhandler eller et bådværft jo heller ikke sælge en ny båd til en privat person uden at svare moms.
Der er ingen hjemmel i EU lovgivningen, som påviser, at myndigheder i EU kan forlange bevis for betalt moms af et lystfartøj.
Hverken de Danske momsregler eller EU`s fælles momsregler indeholder regler om, at der skal fremlægges særlige erklæringer eller lignende som dokumentation for, at der er betalt moms af et lystfartøj, men det er en rigtig god ide at kunne bevise sit ejerskab af båden.
Dermed ikke sagt, at man skal være ligeglad med moms, for båden kan jo være solgt af et selskab i udlandet, hvor selskabet ikke har opgjort dette salg, men dette er igen noget vi kan rådgive om.

Ovenstående er nogle af de ting der gør det vigtigt at have styr på bådens dokumentation, og det er selvfølgelig en af de ting, som jeg kan sikre jer ved køb af båd, eller hjælper sælger med, således at sælger samt køber ikke kommer galt afsted ved en handel.
