Køb og salg af båd

Bådmægler Jan Wulff Møller

Med min sejlererfaring gennem hele livet, mit juridiske kendskab samt erfaring med bådsalg i over 30 år i ind og udland, vil jeg gerne tilfredsstille både køber og sælger.
Jeg er ikke bare sælgers mand, jeg er købers og sælgers mand, også efter en afsluttet bådhandel, hvis et problem skulle opstå.
Jeg bestræber mig ikke kun på at sælge jer en båd, men også sikre mig, at i vælger den rigtige.

Køb af båd:
Ved køb af båd gennem Dansk Yacht Import vil jeg på bedst mulige måde sikre jer, at i får en sikker handel, at de korrekte dokumenter er tilstede, at prøvesejllads er forløbet korrekt, og overtagelsen sker på de aftalte vilkår ifølge købsaftalen.
Der er i dag større og større krav til korrekt dokumentation på både. Flere regler gør sig gældende som mange mennesker ikke er klar over, og man kan derfor komme ganske galt afsted ved ikke at have den korrekte dokumentation når man handler båd.
Eksempelvis ser jeg flere og flere tilfælde, hvor køber, sælger og sågar andre mæglere ikke er klar over, hvad der skal følge med af dokumentation når man handler båd.
Eksempelvis er CE mærkningen en af de ting der er vigtig. Lovgivningen siger, at det er ulovligt samt strafbart at bruge, annoncere eller sælge en lystbåd med manglende CE godkendelse. Det betyder, at alle både der er kommet ind i EU efter 6 måned 1998 skal være CE godkendt, og alle både der er kommet ind i EU efter 6 måned 2006 også skal have CE dokumentation på motorerne. Dette betyder igen efter vores erfaring, at både uden CE godkendelse taget ind i EU efter 2006, kun kan CE godkendes hvis der bliver monteret nye motorer i båden.
Blot et enkelt eksempel på hvor vigtigt det er at have styr på bådens dokumentation.
Og det er selvfølgelig en af de ting vi sikrer jer ved køb af båd eller hjælper sælger med, således at sælger samt køber ikke kommer galt afsted ved en handel.

Info om hvad man må sejle med speedbådskørekort ovs:
Når jeg lægger en båd på hjemmesiden opgiver jeg de længdemål som fabrikken opgiver. Disse mål er ikke retvisende med hensyn til hvad man må sejle med eksempel et speedbådskørekort her i Danmark.
Med et speedbådskørekort eller dulighedsbevis må man sejle motorbåd op til 15 meter. Det korrekte mål i den henseende kan fås ved at lade en autoriseret opmåler udfærdige et målerbrev.
På dette målerbrev er der 2 sider. På side 1 er der opgivet et længdemål (L1) med store tal. Det er ikke det mål der tilkendegiver hvad man skal bruge af bevis for at sejle båden, men derimod det opgivne længde overalt (Overall Lenght) på side 2 som er gældende.
Bemærk, at det er kun, og kun en autoriseret af Søfartsstyrelsen opmåler, der kan udfærdige et målerbrev, ingen andre har bemyndigelse til at vurdere, hvad længde en båd har.
Både over 15 meter kræver Yachtskipperuddannelsen af 3. grad.
Jeg blander mig på ingen måde i hvad folk har af beviser til at sejle deres både, dette er helt deres egen sag.

Salg af båd:
Ønsker i at sælge, kommer jeg uforpligtende ud og vurderer jeres båd.
Ved salg gennem Dansk Yacht Import vil der blive udarbejdet salgs opstilling, fotoarbejde samt annoncering på internettet via flere website også internationalt. Ligeledes har jeg et meget stort kendskab til mæglere i andre EU lande og samarbejder med flere af dem, som ligeledes vil få jeres båd til salg og annoncere den. Således vil jeres båd blive annonceret meget bredt i hele EU.
Bemærk også at vi har over 14500 reelle følgere på Facebook som ligeledes deler vores opslag. Dette må betegne os som værende den mest sete bådmægler i Danmark.
De foto der bliver taget vil være i meget fin kvalitet og høj opløsning, da jeg mener at det er vigtigt at få et korrekt indtryk af båden når en evt. køber sidder foran skærmen derhjemme. Ligeledes vil vi tage 360 graders billeder af de både vi får til salg.
Hvis det ønskes, kan vi tilbyde video af båden inde samt ude, og optagelse med drone.

Både der er beliggende uden for Danmark, kræver for en sikker handel en del dokumenter, det har vi 30 års erfaring med. Vi er også behjælpelig med transport til hvor det måtte ønskes.
